Softball

OBGC offers two levels of softball programs for girls in our community. Both programs offer great opportunities for young players but whose focus and expectations are somewhat different. The travel program overlaps the house program in that the Cougar players are required to also be on a house team.

House Softball

The house program is for girls age 7 through 18. The leagues are formatted to begin teaching girls the basic fundamentals in the 8U league. Girls will develop and improve as they progress thru the 10U, 12U & 14U leagues to learn advanced skills and strategies as they prepare for high school ball and/or the 16/18U house league.
